We exceeded $2.5 billion in historic sales, with an average sale price of $4 million, and our digital bidding platform processed nearly $3.4 billion in competitive bids.

Continuing our geographic expansion, Concierge Auctions saw a 29% growth, from 143 auctions in 2018 to 185 in 2019, including first-time auctions in Antigua, Barbuda, Costa Rica, Thailand, and Portugal. We built more than 150 homes for families in need through our Key for Key® giving program with Giveback Homes™; and continued to expand our database of high-net-worth real estate buyers, sellers, and representatives—the most comprehensive and intelligent in the industry—growing 12% in 2019 to more than 630,000 contacts.
