Monique is a highly experienced real estate and custom home design professional with over 25 years in the industry. Her work across three regions of the U.S. has given her a strong understanding of diverse market trends and real estate cycles.
She began her career at 19 in New Jersey and later managed infrastructure budgets at Amgen before returning to her passion for real estate and construction. As the owner of a Lindal Cedar Home design center, she led the design and build of several custom homes, combining her skills in project management and real estate.
Since 2004, Monique has specialized in luxury rural properties in the Los Gatos Mountains. In 2017, she relocated to Cave Creek, where she continues to serve the luxury market through Russ Lyon Sotheby’s, offering both local and national marketing reach.
Outside of work, Monique enjoys an active lifestyle and exploring the natural beauty of the Cave Creek and Carefree areas.
