Joanna is the regional manager for Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty, overseeing the Upstate New York region. In her role, she focuses on recruiting and retaining top talent, mentoring and coaching agents, and helping them grow their businesses by thinking outside the box. Joanna still enjoys helping friends, family, and past clients with their real estate needs, ensuring they have a stress-free experience while buying or selling their homes. After graduating from Bryant University with a BA in Business Administration, Joanna spent six years at a Fortune 500 company in Boston managing their customer service and marketing team, thriving in a fast-paced team environment. Once she moved back 'home,' her love for real estate began as the Vice President and Property Manager of a small local real estate holding company. She spent over a decade gaining experience in pre-foreclosures, auctions, short sales, and 'flips.' Joanna has lived most of her life in Saratoga County, raised in Charlton as a proud Burnt-Hills Ballston-Lake alumna. She has worked in Glenville, Ballston Spa, Malta, and Saratoga, and has enjoyed investing and living in Malta's Luther Forest for the past 17 years. Being a single parent has also greatly enhanced her organizational and negotiation skills. As a licensed real estate salesperson for over a decade, Joanna leverages her extensive background, keen attention to detail, and digital communication skills to help her clients and team achieve their goals. Building strong client relationships and helping people find their dream home or ideal investment opportunity remains her passion. Joanna is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Greater Capital Region Association of REALTORS® (GCAR), Adirondack Champlain Valley Association of REALTORS® (ACV) and the Otsego-Delaware Association of REALTORS®. Passionate about giving back, she has organized numerous fundraising events benefiting local charities, including the American Heart Association, Donate Life, Rebuilding Together Saratoga, and more. Joanna loves helping her community and inspiring others to achieve their dreams in real estate and beyond.
