A long-time Houstonian, Jay graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in English and holds a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Houston. With sales exceeding $665 million since his career began in 1992, Jay is among the top 100 producers nationally for Sotheby’s International Realty and honored to be a part of Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty where he is a consistent top producer and member of the highly coveted Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty Circle of Excellence and the Circle of Excellence Hall of Fame. There are a few of the factors that have contributed to Jay’s success, but perhaps, the most important is his philosophy. It’s one that keeps his clients coming back year after year because, for Jay, it’s not over after the closing. He wants to be his clients’ Realtor for life so to him, “It’s not about selling one house; it’s about building relationships.” | Texas: #0422887; Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty.
