As the daughter of a career Air Force father, I relocated 16 times before junior high school. I deeply understand the importance of home and what that represents and I love helping my clients to find that perfect place to call home. I strongly believe investing in real estate as a long term source of passive income and building wealth. I have the experience needed to help my clients into their first investment property or completing a 1031 exchange.
Many real estate agents prefer to work with only one group - buyers or sellers. I find great joy in working with both, be it a first time home buyer, an executive looking for a second home or a retiree looking to downsize and possibly relocate. I also work well with trustees on selling family homes at a time when emotions are high and the list of to-do’s can be daunting. Focus, patience, diplomacy and compassion come into play here. I am vigilant in seeing as many new properties as possible each and every week to stay current on the market, trends, and great opportunities for my clients. It also allows me to advise my sellers on what’s happening in the market and how their property compares.
I have surrounded myself with a team of the best. My transaction coordinator Belinda Joy is my right hand with regard to all the transaction documentation. My team of great mortgage lenders, escrow officers, 1031 exchange facilitators and my home improvement team allow me to partner with my clients throughout.
