Growing up in Chicago's western suburbs, Caitlin developed an early passion for all things real estate. After graduating from Miami of Ohio, she joined the DMG team and was quickly elevated to Dawn McKenna Group's Chief of Staff. In this role, she spent two years working alongside Dawn learning the ins and outs of the business. She also spearheaded the branding, marketing, and advertising campaign for DMG’s expansion in 2017 to downtown Chicago and Naples, Florida from its Hinsdale base. As a millennial, Caitlin's willingness to tackle any challenge head-on and her unique and highly valued digital and marketing skillset has quickly made her an integral part of the DMG team.
