Biography
As Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of Concierge Auctions, Amy Doshi leads the company's global legal function, overseeing governance, litigation, risk management, and transactional matters. She partners closely with the executive leadership team to support the company's continued growth and the successful execution of complex luxury real estate transactions around the world.
Amy brings nearly two decades of experience advising private credit platforms, financial institutions, private equity firms, family offices, and high-net-worth clients on sophisticated real estate, structured finance, and cross-border investment transactions. Prior to joining Concierge Auctions, she served as Head of Legal at Resfin Partners, leading the legal function for its private lending platform. She previously held senior legal leadership roles as General Counsel of Sharestates and Director and In-House Counsel at Arcapita, where she advised on private equity, real estate, structured finance, and investments across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Amy earned her Juris Doctor, with honors, from New York Law School and her Bachelor of Science in Finance, with honors, from Pace University, where she was a JPMorgan Chase Thomas G. Labrecque Smart Start Scholar. Amy is admitted to practice law in New York.
