Lucas Gradinger was born and raised in North County, San Diego. He played Division 1 lacrosse at the University of Maryland where the team annually ranked in the top 5 in the nation. He was a 3x Big 10 Champion, 2x National Runner-Up, and a part of the winningest team in NCAA lacrosse from 2013-2017 while maintaining a full course load in Business. Lucas first developed an interest and appreciation for real estate at a young age flipping through Architectural Digest and seeing his parents fix and flip homes for years. During college, he had his first experience in Commercial Real Estate through internships at small firms in San Diego where he immediately knew this was a business he would enjoy. The fast-paced, dynamic nature and the fact that every day was different spoke to him. Lucas enjoys meeting, talking to, and maintaining relationships with people. He hopes to learn more regarding restaurant site selection in hopes of helping his brother with his business going forward. Personally, Lucas takes pride in staying involved with the lacrosse community in San Diego through coaching local elementary, middle, and high school teams in the Del Mar area and playing in a men’s league himself. Lucas loves to snowboard in Lake Tahoe, play golf, exercise, cook, and read. ​
