At 6’4, James played basketball throughout high school and into college where he was team captain for 3 of those years. This is where he learned the importance of how to both lead and follow - valuable skills that he uses daily in both personal life and work. He has a solid foundation of dedication & perseverance.

James has held his Brokers license in Southern California for over a decade and in 2004, opened the Highland & Crest Group, a small boutique firm that promoted a culture centered on exceptional customer service and professionalism_._ James is a pro at establishing long-term trust-based relationships with clients. When he isn’t busy working you can find him cruising along Pacific Coast Highway in his 1967 split-window Volkswagen bus in search of perfect or even decent surf. James also enjoys spending time with his family, girlfriend, and their Chihuahua, Charlie Tuna.
