Brent Crangle is a Bay Area native and was born and raised in Alamo, California. He attended Monte Vista High in Danville. During his childhood, Brent was a nationally ranked competitive equestrian earning many National and Regional Titles. After graduation, Brent attended UC Davis where he was the head instructor at the Equestrian Center and rode for the UC Davis NCAA Cycling team.

While attending UC Davis, Brent founded Sta Bene Catering which provided gourmet food and service for large gatherings or intimate functions. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Genetics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Brent worked in the BioTech industry for many years, including holding positions such as VP of Marketing for a biotech start-up and Marketing Director for a highly established tech hardware company before turning his focus to Real Estate. He also attended the John F. Kennedy School of Law.

Brent is a California Licensed Real Estate Agent and founder of TransactionsPlus, a vibrant Real Estate Transaction Coordination company. Brent has had experience handling the sales of houses ranging from $100,000 to over $5,000,000. With his background in both Real Estate and Law, he has experience with all different types of transactions including regular sales, short sales, REOs, relocation, probate sales, trustee sales, new construction, vacant land, and everything in between.
