He has accounting experience in all aspects of real estate including brokerage, escrow, investment, and development. Chad graduated from California State University Long Beach with a degree in Business Administration and is also a licensed broker in the State of California. Chad is not just a numbers guy, he’s good at sales too, and has done multiple million dollar transactions as abroker. Chad was born and raised in Southern California and has a passion for surfing and traveling.
