In what has been called one of the country’s most unique and sophisticated design challenges, three designers competed to transform three luxury brownstones in midtown Phoenix. The Chateau on Central Design Challenge Arizona took place across three different five-story residences at the Chateau on Central.
Now you can own one of the Chateaus from the competition, including the winner, in a unique Bidder’s Choice Auction. On July 27th, the highest bidder in a no reserve auction will get to select the Chateau of their choice.
Each designer was given a budget and one Chateau to design from the shell to completed stage. The contestants were responsible for designing five levels of their respective Chateau from floor to ceiling. The luxurious brownstones each come equipped with an in-home elevator and range in size from 5,200 square feet to 5,700 square feet.
The judges of the competition were Luxury REALTOR and Chateau listing agent Monica Monson, Fashion, Design and Interior Architecture Expert Oscar de las Salas, Luxury Fashion & Design Guru Kelly Persellin, and Celebrity Guest Judge Luis D. Ortiz of Million Dollar Listing New York.
