They jetted into Las Vegas from across the nation, more than 70 of them — from as far away as New York, Florida and Hawaii — for two jam-packed days of social-filled learning and innovation…and oh yeah, fun (it is Vegas, Baby!).
From December 12-14, national leaders in luxury real estate came together at the Mandalay Bay Conference Center to learn about the latest industry trends through networking and a host of speakers and panelists at Concierge’s first annual conference,
The Key 2012. The event was an undeniable, smashing success with three guest speakers, including Ben Pace of Deutsche Bank, who gave the skinny on real-time global market dynamics and the impact on high-end real estate sales; Morgan Brennan of Forbes, who reported on everything real estate, from market trends to luxury real estate news and gave her 2013 industry forecast; and Marc Davison from 1000Watt, who, with his more than 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship, advertising and marketing literally left the crowd speechless, basking in their own creative minds on how to truly step outside of the box to defy the norm — and gifting attendees with a host of innovative tools to rock their online presence.
The day included two panels — a real estate panel including Richard Lewis from Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates in Jackson Hole, WY; Betsy Stettinius from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Annapolis, MD; Karen Baldwin from Ewing and Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in Calabasas, CA and Martha Johnson of Montana Living Big Sky Real Estate in Big Sky, MT — and an industry panel including Brennan, Davison and Paul Reinarz of Rezora.
Keynote Speaker Bill Rancic, entrepreneur, author, TV personality and restauranteur, wrapped up the day, speaking on his entrepreneurial experiences, from Main Street to Wall Street, from childhood to bursting onto the scene when he was hired by Donald Trump as the first-ever winner of the NBC hit show “The Apprentice”. A big Concierge thank you to all who attended.
For those who could not, we will be posting more in-depth coverage, videos and slides from the event on our YouTube, Slideshare and blog pages. Stay tuned!
And, as Marc Davison would say, “Turn On”.
