Rancho Santa Fe, California is one of America’s best kept secrets for affluent home buyers. Located just seven miles from downtown San Diego, the proximity to the city and ocean, while also being absolutely private, is unparalleled. Rancho Santa Fe has one of the most exclusive country clubs and golf clubs in the world, as well as a prominent equestrian community. We’ve been selling properties in the area since 2014 and have already conducted seven transactions, including the highest sale in the market for the past three consecutive years.

Our Latest Record-Setting Sale
We are pleased to announce our latest record-setting sale in Rancho Santa Fe, Hacienda de las Palmas. Prior to engaging with Concierge Auctions, the property had been on and off the market for 12 years. In only seven weeks, our marketing efforts in conjunction with our agent partner Seth O’Byrne of Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, generated 498 total prospects, 75 people attending the preview event, and a field of 31 potential bidders.
The results? A strong accepted offer marking the sale as the highest price in Rancho Santa Fe this year and marks only the third time a property has sold above $10 million in Rancho Santa Fe in the past eight years. The other two sales were also produced by Concierge Auctions — El Milagro, which sold for $14.3 million, and Casa del Sol, which sold for $12.3 million.

Our Record-Setting History in Rancho Santa Fe
We got our start in Rancho Santa Fe in 2014, when we were enlisted to sell El Milagro. “Our mission was clear,” says President Laura Brady. “We intended to position Rancho Santa Fe alongside the best communities, and El Milagro among the best residential estates in the world.” After just five weeks, we identified 10 bidders who competed for the home. When the property sold for $14.3 million, it was the highest recorded price in Rancho Santa Fe since 2008, and remains the highest sale in the market for the past three consecutive years.
Another record-setting sale was Casa del Sol. The home had been sitting on the market for 2,837 days, but no one was buying. In just six weeks, our team generated 193 open house visitors and 81 showings. On the final day, eight bidders competed, and we sold the home for $12.32 million.
Additional sales include:
• 18127 Via Roswitha: Sold for $7.04 million• Rancho Las Brisas: Sold for $5.0325 million• Casa de Los Morros: Sold for $4.26 million• 16827 Via De La Valle: Sold for $687,500

The Future of Rancho Santa Fe
Our platform consistently brings control, predictability, and liquidity to our sellers, as proven by our consistent success in Rancho Santa Fe. Seth O’Byrne has seen firsthand the impact our marketing has had on multiple sales.
“As my third auction, our experience with Hacienda de las Palmas has been both consistent with my previous experiences and equally as exciting. To have an opportunity to have hundreds of people view our listing in person in just two weeks is an experience very few high brokers ever get to enjoy,” says O’Byrne.
With seven transactions under our belt and many record-setting sales, we know Rancho Santa Fe well. We look forward to bringing you more one-of-a-kind homes in this desirable, private area just minutes from San Diego and the ocean.
