WE KNOW HAWAIʻI
“We’re really excited to be back on the Big Island where we’ve had so much success,” says Nick Leonard. “In many ways, our company got its start in Hualalai, and this is the most spectacular property that we’ve had the opportunity to sell.”
Nick is referring to two different sales we facilitated in Hualalai from 2009, just one year after Concierge was founded. We made our presence known in Hualalai with the sales of 72-155 Lau’eki Street for $5.115M and 72-151 Lau’eki Street for $4.352M.
We later went on to auction 72-122 Lau’eki Street, a Hualalai residence owned and designed by Cher. The auction received extensive press coverage, including the Wall Street Journal and the Los Angeles Times. At the time, over 34,000 visitors viewed our website from 126 countries. Forty-two interested prospects were identified and eight registered bidders participated from five U.S. states, Japan, and Switzerland. The home sold to a notable business owner from Arizona for $8.72M.
But our roots run deeper than just Hualalai.
We have also sold five different properties in Kuki’o, a neighboring community to Hualalai. Our sale of 3580 Anini Beach in 2015 is our highest sale in Hawaiʻi to date. At the time, our website was viewed over 5,300 times by 56 countries and 143 states/regions. We partnered with Listing Agent Neal Norman of Hawaiʻi Life Real Estate to generate 182 tours, over 130 prospects, and 34 qualified showings. After being listed for 872 days prior to auction, we sold the property in just 44 days for $10.725M. Since our founding, we have sold a total of 34 properties in the state.
“Our platform has proven itself time and time again in Hawaiʻi, where we’ve sold more than $100 million of the state’s most stunning real estate,” says our president, Laura Brady.
“Working at Concierge has allowed me to see some of the finest real estate in the world.” Nick Leonard has to admit, “Hualalai is one of my favorite places.”
