We at Concierge Auctions have had significant success with Jackson Hole luxury estate homes and ranches. I have been the project manager on a number of these luxury home auctions: Teton Valley Ranch, Rubber Snake Ranch, and Big Horn Lodge, just to name a few. It is always an assignment I welcome with open arms.
I was not so sure on my first assignment in Jackson Hole. Cowboy boots? Western wear? But I quickly adapted to the local culture and jumped right in. I became fast friends with Brianna Farmer, owner of the Jackson Hole Bootlegger, who decked me out in the latest boots and local fashion trends. I got out in the community and started viewing the wildlife at places like Yellowstone National Park. And I started to visit some famous local eateries and watering holes. Bison burger anyone?
Along the way I have met all the top high end real estate agents in the Jackson Hole market, like Richard Lewis, Dave Spackman, Matt & Julie Faupel, Ryan Block, and Tom Evans. These agents have welcomed me, shown me around Jackson, and many have become lifelong friends and business contacts.
Currently we have the Grand Teton Estate coming to auction on July 12, so I am back in Jackon! And could not be happier. Pictured above is the view from Grand Teton Estate during a recent broker preview event.
While winter time and the amazing slopes may be what Jackson Hole is well known for, the Summer brings all kinds of amazing activities. During the past few weeks of the auction exposure period I have met with all my local broker friends at the property or at their offices. But I have also met with them and potential buyers and sellers at community events.
I saw my (first) rodeo 3 years ago and have been back every year since! From the bull riding to the barrel racing it is always non-stop action. I went to the Jackson Hole Wine Auction that benefits The Grand Teton Music Fesitval where exquisite wines were paired with exceptional food from celebrity chefs Scott Conant and Graham Elliot. The Grand Teton Music Festival kicked off on July 4th with Music In The Hole, including live performances at Teton Village and Snow King Park.
While these are not the typical places to conduct a real estate transaction, they are great events to help spread the word about one of Jackson Hole’s most unique property such as Grand Teton Estate. I was able to mingle with some real estate professionals, but also talk with locals who may be potential buyers or know someone that could be a buyer.
Jackson is the perfect place to own a home. Incredible skiing in the Winter months, and amazing outdoor activities and events in the Summer. I am already dreading having to leave, but will be happy to get the Grand Teton Estate into the hands of a new homeowner who will be able to enjoy all that Jackson Hole has to offer.
