WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR MARKET?

What I love about selling real estate in Los Angeles is not only the unbelievable architecture that I get to see on a daily basis, but also the clients. It’s a creative city, so every single day is inspiring because I’m crossing paths with some of the most creative people in the music and entertainment business, as well as a lot of incredibly smart investors and doctors. 

I would say my favorite part of my job is that I don’t feel like it’s a job. I’m in Los Angeles—one of the most iconic cities in the world. I work in a city built on dreams and I’m selling the dream. 

WHAT IS YOUR MOST MEMORABLE CONCIERGE AUCTIONS EXPERIENCE?

I’ve had some really successful auctions with Concierge Auctions, but I think my favorite is the very first one. It was the first auction Concierge Auctions ever did in Los Angeles. I was the 7th or 8th broker selling this nearly 100-acre ranch in Brentwood. It was wildly overpriced, and by the time I got the listing, everybody already knew about it. No one thought it was sellable. I tried to think outside the box and started looking into auctions. Concierge Auctions ended up winning the business, and we had a really successful sale. It ignited the whole industry in Los Angeles because no one had really seen that before. And then we were off and running and ready to do more!
