Bidding will be hosted on our mobile app and website, allowing buyers to participate in real-time from anywhere in the world.Our global platform is better than ever at delivering sellers of luxury property and their agents a sale in as little as 60 days. On average, in just four to six weeks, our team can generate 200-400 inquiries and 35-50 showings that result in 3-5 qualified buyers competing to own each property that we market on auction day. We’ve continued to see growing interest from Chinese and other global buyers participating in our auctions. Ideal properties for the sale are those located in well-known destinations offering top-notch schools and easy access to China via direct flights; are solid investments for future generations; and are valued at a price that is in comparison to real estate in China. Additionally, the properties that offer financial security and a possibility for rental income; and feature characteristics that adhere to Feng Shui and numerology guidelines — with specific propensity for the numbers 6, 8 and 9 — are also a plus. Our inaugural and December sales collectively resulted in more than 80 bidders from 22 US States and 6 countries, including China, Russia, England, Ireland, Canada, and the Bahamas; 18 properties sold; and over $120M in transactions. In last month’s sale, seven properties went under contract, including $48.9M and $45M estates in Dallas, Texas and Vero Beach, Florida — in addition to properties in the Lucaya Grand Bahama, Bahamas; Saint Kitts and Nevis, West Indies; Horseshoe Bay, Texas; Sarasota, Florida; and Stowe, Vermont.
