Two Record-Breaking Sales: Highest Prices in Sundance in 5 Years

Two mountain homes in Sundance, Utah, successfully sold at No Reserve auctions last week in cooperation with Paul Benson of Engel & Völkers Park City. When closed, the sales will mark the two highest sales in Sundance in the last 5 years.

According to the most recent Concierge Auctions' U.S. Luxury Homes Index, 70% of properties in nearby Park City took over one and a half years to sell.

The sale of the two properties marks the fifth consecutive year the firm has been active in the state, averaging a sale price of $4.96 million.
