Congratulations to Mia Taylor and Corey Ruyak for being our two Key Members for the Month of April!
Each month, we recognize two members of our team for the hard work and dedication that they put into their work. Corey and Mia were anonymously nominated by their peers who took notice that they went above and beyond in upholding our company values: committed, agent friendly, composed, and cutting edge.
Corey's nomination gives recognition to his motivation and compsure. "Hats off to Corey for handling the tremendous workload he's undertaken as an Auction Director. Corey has stepped up to the task of piecing together quote on quote "challenging" deals with brand new PSM's and new agents all while managing his Austin team in a very professional manner. I look at what he's doing from afar and it motivates me to work harder day after day. Kudos Corey!"
Corey started working with Concierge Auctions in summer of 2017 when he was working as a Project Sales Manager. Now, as Auction Director, he coordinates and organizes each property campaign so that all teams and members on that property have good communication. He coordinates between agents, sellers, buyers, marketing, sales, and onsite staff in order to ensure a successful sale. His favorite part of his job are the people he works with and how each property keeps him on his toes. Thinking back on his CA journey, Corey remembers attending our live auctions, specifically Aspen and Winnsboro, and how exciting the auctions would be as well as getting to meet all the people from the Austin office that Project Sales Managers don't normally get to see face-to-face.
Mia has grown and pushed herself to work hard every day. "Mia signed her first Tier 1 Auction Agreement this month. This is the result of her relentless hustle, positive attitude, and unstoppable drive."
Mia started working at Concierge Auctions 6 months ago. She works very closely with clients who own luxury properties and wish to have a time certain sale. She works to understand their true motivation and if the platform would be a good fit for them. Her favorite part about working at CA is coming to work and being surrounded by a team of All-Stars who inspire her to be better professionally and personally. Her favorite memory in the 6 months that she's been with the company would be lunch on the lawn where we ordered lunch for everyone and had a picnic on the Capital Lawn.
