Concierge Auctions announced today its first portfolio sale of the year concluded live January 31 in Phoenix, Arizona. The showcase featured luxury properties spanning three countries and three U.S. states. A qualified pool of bidders from 10 states and four countries participated in the sale.
"We're thrilled to close out another successful portfolio sale in Arizona amidst car auction season with several successful sales and hundreds of new high-net-worth prospects added to our growing database," stated Chad Roffers, Chairman. "We had buyers from all over the world bidding online and in-person at a live event at The Biltmore. The sale further proved that our platform is an excellent solution for sellers and buyers who want to be in control of either the timing of the sale of their property, or the price they want to pay to purchase a property."

The sale in Arizona is Concierge Auctions' first portfolio sale following its strongest year ever. In 2019, the firm exceeded $2.5 billion in historic sales, with an average sale price of $4 million, and its digital bidding platform processed nearly $3.4 billion in competitive bids. Year-over-year the firm saw a 29% growth, from 143 auctions in 2018 to 185 in 2019.
Last January, Concierge Auctions' 2019 Arizona sale resulted in an 87.5 percent sell-through rate and broke multiple records including the highest sale price ever in Paradise Valley, Arizona, for
Villa Paradiso, which was formerly Arizona's most expensive listing. The collection of top-tier properties featured three homes local to Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, one of which was owned by former Magellan Fund Manager Peter Lynch and another by MLB legend Randy Johnson.
As part of Concierge Auctions' Key for Key® giving program in partnership with Giveback Homes, each closing will result in a new home built for a family in need.
