Concierge Auctions is pleased to announce that we're now accepting properties for our seventh sale to-date designed to target high-net-worth Chinese real estate buyers. On November 7th, Concierge Auctions will showcase 12-15 of the finest properties from North America and Europe at a live auction in Hong Kong.
Selected properties will receive exposure via our proven platform plus additional international outreach. Bidding will also be open online to allow global buyers to participate alongside attendees at the live auction in Hong Kong.

Ideal properties include diverse offerings located in well-known destinations with ultra-luxury price points, with proximity to top-notch schools and easy access to China via direct flights; are solid investments for future generations; and are valued at a price in comparison to Chinese real estate. Additionally, the properties that offer financial security, a possibility for rental income, visas that benefit Chinese tourists, investors and migrants and feature characteristics that adhere to Feng Shui and numerology guidelines (a propensity for the numbers 6, 8 and 9) are also a plus. All properties in the sale will be available for preview for prior to the auction.
