This influx, coupled with the global adoption of our bidding application last year, made this outreach to China a clear next step. In cooperation with this effort, I am also excited to announce that we hired Cathy Han as our Chinese liaison. Based in New York City, Han is an experienced real estate professional with expertise in China's elite consumers. She brings her multilevel U.S.–China business relations to the Concierge Team. Han is the founder and CEO of Cathay's International, Inc., a boutique consultancy firm focusing on promotion, communications, marketing, and U.S.–China partnerships and exchanges in business, the arts, and other cultural activities. Fluent in Mandarin, she has worked for the United Nations and multiple foreign diplomatic missions in China to develop and manage international conferences and steering committee meetings. As a member of the Asia Society and honor alumnae of Rutgers University, her career pursuits are geared toward bringing the East and the West closer together.

Marketing for the upcoming portfolio auction launched in China last week with a series of cocktail events hosted in cooperation with The Wall Street Journal, Mansion Global, and Hurun’s high-net-worth database of China’s most capable real estate enthusiasts.
