Enclosed within a walled park surrounded by the Monferrato countryside, this historic estate is a former Benedictine convent, originally developed as part of the Romanesque Abbey of Santa Giustina di Sezzadio. Dating back to the 11th century, this ancient, architecturally stunning complex has restored residential quarters preserving its original beauty and charm. The complex is composed of a picturesque 3,100-square-meter main villa and 1,110 square meters of cellars plus another 11,000 square meters of rural buildings, which have endless potential as either a residential or tourist accommodation facility. Gli interni della villa presentano pavimenti originali conservati intatti, in pietra e parquet, porte ad arco e accenti in ferro battuto. Dai maestosi saloni e dalle camere padronali si accede al corridoio principale della villa, in cui si erge un ampio vano scala, fulcro dell'intera dimora.
