If the Bidder (a) affirmatively elects, on the bidder registration for a specific Property, to receive financing information in connection with that Property, or (b) affirmatively requests in writing (including by email) that Concierge provide financing information in connection with a specific Property, then the Bidder authorizes Concierge to share the Bidder's name, contact information, and any other materials or information the Bidder has provided to Concierge with one or more independent third-party lenders ("Finance Partners") so that such Finance Partners may contact the Bidder and conduct their underwriting and approval process for any financing a Finance Partner may make available for that Property. Concierge's role is limited to facilitating an introduction between the Bidder and the Finance Partner(s); neither Concierge nor any Finance Partner is offering or committing to provide financing, and any Finance Partner will assess the Bidder's eligibility for financing in its sole discretion. The Bidder consents to being contacted by Finance Partners by phone, email, and/or text, subject to the Bidder's right to opt out at any time, and will provide any additional information required for underwriting directly to the Finance Partner. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bidder releases Concierge and its affiliates from any claims arising out of the sharing of the Bidder's information and materials as authorized, the acts or omissions of any Finance Partner, and the availability or outcome of any financing.
