If the Bidder (a) affirmatively elects, on the bidder registration for a specific Property, to receive financing information in connection with that Property, or (b) affirmatively requests in writing (including by email) that Concierge provide financing information in connection with a specific Property, then the Bidder authorizes Concierge to share the Bidder's name, contact information, and any other materials or information the Bidder has provided to Concierge with one or more independent third-party lenders ("Finance Partners") so that such Finance Partners may contact the Bidder and conduct their underwriting and approval process for any financing a Finance Partner may make available for that Property.
