While studying for her Business degree at Radford University, she already had a vision of becoming a Realtor, taking a year long Real Estate course that qualified her to sit for the exam. Her path went in many directions with a long career in sales and management at RJ Reynolds and finally back to her lifelong passion of real estate in 2006.
Her business and marketing background, along with 18 years of real estate experience contributes to her success in developing a successful marketing plan for each property she sells. Her eye for detail, knowledge of homes and areas around Richmond offer her as a ideal partner when purchasing a home.
Wythe has continued her real estate education with designations as an Associate Broker, ABR (Buyers Representation), SRES (Senior Representation), RENE (Negotiation Certification) Relocation, and others, as well as has qualified as a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.
