Leveraging 15+ years of experience in real estate throughout the Southeast, Wilmot Irvin excels in providing personalized, attentive service to clients from all walks of life. Consistently recognized as a Top Producer by the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, he enjoys a thriving business encompassing the greater Atlanta area north to Blue Ridge. His expertise in all aspects of the industry, from single-family new construction and historic resale to mountain/lakefront property and everything in between, allows him to provide a luxury experience regardless of financial constraints or preferences.
A native of South Carolina, Wilmot earned a degree from Wofford College and began his career managing properties in the Pawleys Island/Myrtle Beach area. Relocating to Atlanta in 2007, he quickly discovered it to be a welcoming city and enjoys introducing clients new to the area to its many amenities, helping them find a community where they belong. His storied career includes experience in property management, corporate housing and a 10-year partnership as one of the #1 teams at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty.
Wilmot’s commitment to helping clients extends far beyond the closing table. Known for his ability to keep transactions on track and running smoothly, he maintains full transparency at all times. His keen attention to detail and ability to connect people to valuable community services make him a trusted advisor and sought-after resource. He continues to relish the opportunity to work with first-time homebuyers, ensuring they are comfortable and well-informed, but regardless of whether it is their first home or their last, clients appreciate his hands-on approach and desire to walk with them throughout the entire process. He knows that finding the perfect home is a journey that requires exploration and patience and views each transaction as an opportunity to forge a lifetime connection.
Outside of real estate, Wilmot is an active member of Saint Mark United Methodist Church. When not with clients, he enjoys cooking, jogging with his lab, Pawley, spending time with close friends and enjoying the slower pace of life in his Blue Ridge cabin.
