My real estate career began fifteen years ago, first, with a commercial brokerage and developer, Soho Properties, followed by six-years at Douglas Elliman, selling Manhattan residential real estate. I founded Evans & Nye in 2010, naming it as a valentine for my grandmothers.Today, years of experience in the marketplace, marketing and negotiating major sales for important clients, across the spectrum of asset types and price points, has given me the expertise to handle the purchase, leasing, or sale of real estate, leaving no detail unattended.I am a proud member of the Real Estate Board of New York, Hudson Gateway and Garden State Association of Realtors, and have an MBA from New York University, with a focus on Real Estate Asset Management.
