For 26 years, Jeff Cooper built homes in the Atlanta area. After working with agents for that many years, he decided to move over to the real estate side of the housing industry four years ago. And now, he's joining the Scenic Sotheby's International Realty team.
Having lived in the 30A area his entire life, Jeff knows the entire region as well as anyone. And he knows everyone in the area, which is easy to understand given his personable and talkative nature. He jokes that he's been around the block, but that characteristic helps him stand out as a real estate agent.

While he specializes in land development (even having marinas to sell), but Jeff is ready to help clients with everything from vacation homes to weekly vacation rental properties to commercial investments. He also has a yacht broker's license.
His outgoing personality is evident to anyone who meets Jeff. He says he's always smiling and always talking. Live where you play‚ is his motto, and he works hard where he lives and plays as well. He says he has fun all of the time and is glad he has a job that is so enjoyable. He wants to make the process a pleasurable experience for his clients.
In his spare time, Jeff loves to play golf. He also has races sailboats with his father.
