I'm a real estate agent with Flying Horse Realty, in fact I am the broker for this agency. I've been a realtor here in Colorado Springs for 20 plus years, sold or listed over 700 homes, and sold or listed several hundred vacant lots for custom homes. My greatest attributes in real estate come from those experiences. They afford me both various and creative marketing strategies for my listings, but also strong negotiating skills and market knowledge to help my buyers get into their favorite home.
A strong, well know, experienced realtor is a must to help you navigate these highly competitive markets whether buying or selling.
If you are in the market, buying or selling, I would very much like to put my skills to work for you.
I became a partner at Flying Horse Realty 3 years ago because I wanted to be an expert in this expansive north end of Colorado Springs. It has been exciting and I have helped many clients buy resale, buy new, buy land and help them find just the right builder. I have incredible knowledge of all the communities on this north end from Flying Horse, Flying Horse North, Black Forest, to Woodmoor, to Monument and Forest Lakes, Sanctuary Point. Literally any opportunity I can help you with.
