With more than 29 years in sales experience, 16 directly related to real estate, Wayne was recognized as being in the top 10% in the nation for real estate title sales for the largest title company in America. He quickly became a multi-million dollar producer in real estate sales since moving to Oklahoma City in 2007. A native of South Carolina, Wayne is dual-licensed and has extensive knowledge of the markets in both Oklahoma and South Carolina.

When Wayne is not working he is serving. He has been actively involved in Life.Church for over 12 years, volunteering in the youth department and he takes an annual mission trip to South Sudan. Wayne serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Regents at Southwestern Christian University and is a board member for Hope Center Ministries, an alcohol and drug rehabilitation program.

Wayne resides in the Deer Creek area with his wife,Terra, and their 2 boys, Luke (19) and Nick (18).
