Certified by the Mexican Real Estate Professionals Association, Wally is also an active member of AMPI (Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios) and has extensive knowledge of the legal and technical aspects of Mexico’s real estate industry.
Until his departure in January 2009, Wally played an integral part in the success of Punta Mita Properties development and recognition. His extensive knowledge of the property and the surrounding area makes him a valued consultant and closing specialist.
Wally has been involved in the design and development of several high-end residential luxury communities, and his experience in design, development and construction is a fantastic resource.
Wally is an avid surfer and enjoys extreme mountain biking. He lives with his family in the Bay of Banderas.
