Victoria Adam has been a resident of Ventura County since 1972, moving from the San Francisco Bay area. Victoria also has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 1978, when she was Vice President of Marketing for California with MacElhenny, Levy & Company in Santa Barbara. She then opened her own real estate brokerage in Ventura County, Patterson & Silvernale, Inc., Realtors, specializing in new home sales. Her passion has always been matching buyers and sellers, while providing encouragement and genuine concern as she creates a positive experience for both sides in any property transaction. She listens to the client's needs and matches them to the right property, then ensures an honest and efficient transaction.
Victoria is a member of the Ojai Valley Community Hospital Guild;a dog therapy volunteer at the hospital's Continuing Care Center;serves on the Board of Directors for the Ojai Valley Chamber of Commerce;and the Upper Foothill Road Property Owners Association;a member of the Ojai Women's Fund; Ojai Valley Board of Realtors;Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors;the Ventura Chamber of Commerce;and is a member of the OVAC Interclub tennis team. In her "spare" time, travel and photography top her "bucket list."
