Vanessa was born and raised in Sag Harbor where she grew up riding horses. She is also an avid mountain biker and road cyclist who is active in the East Hampton Trail Preservation Group. Today, Vanessa resides in the Northwest Woods area of East Hampton with her husband and two adopted dogs.
