Trish Nash is Corporate Broker and Owner of Signature Gallery of Homes, a certified Women Owned Small Business located in Henderson, Nevada. Trish has owned her own real estate brokerage since 2004 and has been in the top 1% in real estate sales in Clark County during most of that time. Prior to real estate, Trish was in sales with Textron Fastening Systems selling technical fasteners to the automotive industry. Of a sales force of 100, she was the only female sales person. Trish has been involved in leadership positions in real estate organizations both locally and nationally. Trish served as the local chapter president, state president and governor for the Women's Council of Realtors. For many years Trish served on the board and the executive board for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Trish instructs real estate classes and is certified to teach Continuing Education classes in Nevada.
Trish has a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Spanish from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois. She studied at the University of Madrid and lived in Spain for almost two years. Trish and her Team consistently rank among the top 1% of real estate professionals in the nation. Trish is recognized annually by the Wall Street Journal as a leader in real estate sales nationwide. The Women's Council of Realtors recently recognized Trish as one of the top 25 Women in Real Estate. Trish was featured in the book "Remarkable Women in Real Estate - Success Secrets of Real Estate Superstars" published in 2013. Trish is actively involved in the community and enjoys volunteerism. Trish serves on the Executive Board of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. Trish is on the Citizen's Advisory Committee with the City of enderson and is in the Leadership Henderson Class of 2015. Trish is also on the Advisory Board of the Veteran's Treatment Court in Henderson and a contributor to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
