Trish Hauser has been a proud resident of the metro Atlanta area since 1974. During that time, Trish operated a residential remodeling business for 17 years before segueing into the real estate world. She spent several years representing Arthur Rutenberg and Anker Custom Homes, two renowned luxury custom home builders. Her multifaceted resume also includes a successful career of more than two decades as a professional runway, print, and commercial model, spending over 20 years as a Neiman Marcus house model, which intimately familiarized and enamored her with the luxury lifestyle. Marrying the experience and knowledge from all of her prior careers, Trish has happily landed in her perfect role and has been a licensed Realtor since 2015. Trish has established herself in the industry as a well-known and respected luxury realtor with several prestigious accolades and titles under her belt. Apart from being a Certified Home Luxury Marketing Specialist Guild Member and a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist, Trish is also a founding member of The Barsky Group, the top large team for Coldwell Banker Atlanta, and is proud to have achieved the Top Producer honor from the Atlanta Board of Realtors since 2018. Leveraging her extensive knowledge of custom home-building and remodeling, Trish has quickly grown her residential resale business and uses her expertise to view properties with a discerning eye. She vets each property with care and precision before helping her clients take the next step. Buying or selling a home is a significant life change, and Trish considers it an honor to participate in this momentous undertaking with her clients. She works tirelessly, negotiates fiercely, and always has her client's best interests at heart. Outside of real estate, Trish nourishes her soul (and her family) cooking up a storm in the kitchen. You'll often find her experimenting with recipes, adding flavor and flare to take them to all new levels. She's incredibly proud of her family, including her husband, Todd, daughter Peyton, and their adorable rescue pup Winnie. Trish is a long-time advocate for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, a cause that has been especially near and dear to her heart since her daughter's Type 1 diagnosis in 2006 at 5-years-old. Her unwavering hope is that they find a cure in her lifetime, and she will continue to work to help the JDRF until they accomplish this goal.
