Tory brings a unique perspective to understanding German/American culture and business as she has deep roots in both countries. Born in Berlin to a naturalized German father and Canadian mother, she grew up in a world of bicultural connections and transatlantic collaboration.
After moving to Los Angeles in her youth, Tory enjoyed a distinguished 20+ year career as a Hollywood casting director. Expanding on her international business acumen, she developed marketing strategies for an artisan perfume that she created, manufactured and then distributed throughout the US, Canada and Europe. She is also the proud owner of 3 active passports: USA, Germany and Canada.
Since 2012, she has worked as a global luxury real estate consultant for Sotheby's International Realty in Beverly Hills, California, where she continues to maintain a robust business. She is an expert in contract negotiation and her informative real estate articles were published for many years in a luxury car enthusiast magazine. She has been repeatedly recognized in the Los Angeles Times newspaper and other media platforms for unique property listings and has taught seminars on contract negotiation and real estate investment.
In 2021 eager to futher reconnect to her European roots, Tory acquired a property in Germany and now travels regularly between the U.S. and Germany servicing her client's need on both sides of the Atlanic.
