Tom Wallace is the founder and Principal Broker of Wallace & Co. Sotheby's International Realty. With 44 years of experience in Martha’s Vineyard Real Estate, Tom has served on the Edgartown Planning Board, is a founding member of the Vineyard Golf Club, the BoldWater Architectural Review Committee, The Martha’s Vineyard Commission Island Plan Committee, and is the Former Director of the Great Pond Foundation. Tom holds the Graduate REALTOR® Institute designation and was Chairman of the Edgartown Board of Trade. Tom has lived on Martha's Vineyard for over 45 years residing both up-island and down-island. Born in Massachusetts, he has spent time in many coastal communities all over the world as the son of a U. S. Naval Rear Admiral. His current professional interests lie in conservation-oriented development, community planning, and consulting. His real estate experience covers projects locally, nationally, and internationally.
