I have 38 years experience in the Real Estate industry.I have represented developers and builders in the acquisition of land and subsequent sales of custom homes. Alternatively I have represented custom home buyers in their acquisition of individual lots, developed plans, specifications and secured financing after having the proposed home appraised and finally had contractors compete favorably for my buyers' business. It ultimately assisted my buyers' in achieving a very competitive final construction agreement with the builder they preferred. An overriding consideration for prudent people today is not only the need for competent professional advisors, to develop a plan, but to consistently review those plans so they coincide with their own goals and keep abreast of the constantly changing tax laws and financial markets.
