Susan Baran — Trusted Advisor for Investors and Legacy Builders
Hello, I'm Susan Baran. As a long-time resident of Indian River County and a committed Christ follower, I believe my calling is to serve others with dedication, integrity, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. My passion for real estate was sparked years ago while supporting my husband, Steve, as he rehabilitated homes for ministry outreach and hurricane recovery. What began as service quickly grew into personal investment — and a deep understanding of how real estate transforms lives, builds wealth, and creates lasting legacies.
Today, I bring that same vision and drive to every relationship, offering a strategic, personalized approach focused on achieving your long-term goals — whether you’re growing a portfolio, navigating a life transition, or maximizing the impact of your investments.
My Areas of Expertise Include:
Investment Real Estate and Portfolio Expansion
Luxury Estates and High-Value Assets
Probate, Inherited Properties, and Wealth Transfer
Cryptocurrency Transactions
Charitable Giving through Real Estate
Life Transitions and Legacy Planning
As a full-service listing agent, I combine time-tested negotiation techniques with cutting-edge technology, ensuring that every move you make in today’s evolving market is calculated, informed, and effective. I don't believe in cookie-cutter solutions — I craft strategies tailored to you, your family, and your future.
If you’re looking for a real estate advisor who brings passion, expertise, and a true investment mindset to the table, I would be honored to partner with you.
Let's build something that lasts.
