A true Naples native, Steven Fenttiman was born and raised in Southwest Florida and offers clients an unmatched local perspective shaped by decades of firsthand experience in the community. A graduate of Naples High School, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Florida and obtained his Florida real estate license in 2014.
Early in his career, Steven worked alongside his mother in her award-winning antique and estate liquidation business, which operated in downtown Naples for more than 27 years. This experience instilled a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a deep appreciation for the history and character of Naples’ most established neighborhoods.
Steven transitioned into luxury rentals in 2015 before quickly expanding into luxury resale and new construction sales. His background in high-end rentals has allowed him to successfully guide many clients through the transition from seasonal visitors to full-time Naples residents, offering valuable insight into lifestyle, timing, and long-term value.
