Steve Gregory is a man of many talents, ambitions and interests. There is no doubt that his incredible success in the real estate industry confirms this. As a number one agent consistently – and not just with his firm, but in the entire Napa Valley – Steve exhibits his remarkable skills in navigating his clients through the most complex and challenging transactions. With over 28 years in the industry, Steve has steadily broadened his knowledge and success by skillfully representing his clients. His marketing and negotiating skills are frequently cited by his clients as being the best they have ever experienced. So much so, that in 2006, Steve was awarded by the “International Property Awards” competition in London acknowledging his actions as the “Best Real Estate Agency in California”.
As a Napa native, his commitment to the community has extended to the boards in the Valley of multiple businesses: including the North Bay Association of Realtors and the Napa Valley Opera House and non-profit organizations: including the Napa Ballet School, Kitchen in the Vineyards, and Music in the Vineyards – all non-profits which exist to better the community. He is co-founder of the Napa Valley Arts and Lecture Series and the Napa Valley Film Society. Steve knows Napa. As a graduate of Napa schools including Napa Community College, Steve shares a special kinship with locals and newcomers alike – recognizing the incredible renaissance that Napa is experiencing and the energy that new residents bring to the community, while honoring the lifestyle and traditions of those that have built the foundation of the Napa Valley.
As the father of five, Steve and his wife Jane have further contributed to the community as his children have all graduated with State University degrees and now involve themselves to carry on their father’s legacy. His ten grandchildren no doubt will do the same.
Steve’s intimate knowledge of the market dynamics of the Napa Valley, high standard client care, exemplary transaction management skills, work ethic and proven sales record make him and his team the professionals you need to accomplish your real estate goals.
