Originally from New Cumberland, Steve graduated from Cedar Cliff High School and Penn State University. For 16 years he has worked in the Civil Engineering field, focusing on Land Development related roles and representing local municipalities as Township Engineer. During this time, he also worked for D’Angelo Realty Group, Inc. as a Realtor, representing buyers and sellers. In addition to representing buyers and sellers with their current homes, he has focused a substantial amount of time in the pursuit of real estate investment properties and development opportunities. He has represented investment groups, Fortune 500 companies and individuals in the acquisition and development of real estate throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland.
