Sheila began her career in real estate and construction in the over 25 years ago. She decided to get into residential real estate specializing in coastal residential properties in Tampa, Florida. She quickly obtained her Florida Real Estate Brokers license and had a very successful career. She moved back to her hometown of Atlanta, Georgia and continued her career in commercial real estate, development, and construction. As vice president of a local civil engineering firm, she continued to be instrumental in the growth of the firm; providing senior leadership, strategic thinking, and planning, financial oversight and management of the administrative, accounting, marketing, and human resources departments. She moved to San Diego/La Jolla in 2010 and has brought her multi-disciplined expertise. She accepted a unique opportunity and provided 8 years of leadership to La Jolla Village Merchants Association, as the Executive Director of the Business Improvement District for the City of San Diego, where she recently received an Accommodation for her outstanding work for La Jolla Village from City of San Diego Council member Barbara Bry. She has held her California Real Estate License for over 4 years and brings her unique qualifications and skills to her clients and everyone that she serves.
