A decade after moving to Vermont, Sharon has become a vital member of her community and a strong advocate for the industry she so loves. Mentored by Pall Spera, she has developed a reputation for exceptional service, extensive market knowledge, and is known for her integrity and attention to detail. As a result of serving as both secretary and president of the Lamoille Area Board of Realtors, Sharon developed a broad network of colleagues, increasing her reach throughout central and northern Vermont. A sincere investment in the success of her clients has created a fiercely loyal customer base. "There is no greater compliment than a client recommending me and the service I provide to someone they know... This is how I measure success."
Sharon relocated to Vermont on a full-time basis in 2002 but first vacationed in Vermont as a child - in fact she learned to ski here. Her commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle balance is helped by enjoying the wide variety of outdoor activities Vermont has to offer with her husband David and their two dogs. As in her professional life, her favorite aspect of living in Vermont is its people. "We have a great mix of people here - the relaxed visitors enjoying their leisure time, and those who live and work in our communities." In the autumn of 2012, her son Brydon Beasant moved to Stowe from San Francisco to join Sharon's practice, extending a family commitment to serving the needs of their clients.
"I am lucky to have a deep passion for what I do. I love this business... I never tire of learning about people's lives and families, and work hard to maintain a relevant market perspective in an ever-changing industry... but my true passion lies in helping people transition with ease and move forward with their hopes and dreams."
