Shanna grew up on a small horse ranch in Matagorda/Brazoria County, riding horses since age 2 and competing in rodeos. Her father instilled in her a lifelong appreciation for hunting, fishing, and land management.
In 2009, she made the Brazos Valley her home, attracted by its natural beauty and Texas A&M University. There, she played a key role in developing a large ranch, overseeing the construction of homes and equestrian facilities, and establishing a world-renowned Quarter Horse breeding program. This experience ignited her passion for combining ranching and real estate.
With extensive ranch experience and connections in the multi-million-dollar horse industry, Shanna effectively serves the farm and ranch real estate market. She understands the needs of various types of ranches, from leisure to working properties, and her network spans the Gulf Coast, Central and South Texas, and the Texas Hill Country. Committed to personalized service, she ensures her clients’ needs are met throughout the buying or selling process.
When she’s not working with clients, Shanna enjoys outdoor adventures on horseback, sorting cattle, and caring for her beloved pets and horses. TX License #771513
