Sam Parsons was born and educated in Harare, Zimbabwe. After College, she was offered a much sought-after opportunity to work in the Travel Industry and obtained her diploma enabling her to sell local, regional and international travel to both business and pleasure seekers. Thereafter, Sam moved to South Africa to further her career and she was able to travel the world extensively with her job. Sam then moved to London for two years, where she worked and continued to travel worldwide.
In 1995, Sam arrived on Nantucket for ‘the summer’ and immediately fell in love with the Island. Two years after arriving, she met her husband and made Nantucket her home. Professionally, she worked for eight years at the Nantucket Boat Basin and Nantucket Island Resorts, and for over three years as the Director of Membership Services at the exclusive Westmoor Club. In 2008, Sam joined Great Point Properties, bringing with her multiple years of experience working in the hospitality industry, and a database of satisfied clientele that she met along the way. Sam’s exceptional attention to detail and her knowledge and love of the island makes her the perfect choice for buyers, sellers and renters alike. When she isn’t in the office, Sam enjoys walking, doing yoga, traveling the world and visiting new and fun places, reading, cooking, going to the beach and especially spending time with family and friends.
