In 2014, she was acknowledged by Realogy Brokerage Group, the nation's largest owner and operator of residential real estate brokerage firms, amongst the top 3% of producers in the nation. While capable of closing transactions at all price levels, her areas of interest are luxury, waterfront, land development and new construction.
Roxana has represented individuals from around the world including England, Venezuela, Mexico, Denmark, Norway, France, Italy, Spain, China, Greece and the Philippines, among others. She has lived abroad and has travelled extensively making her a reliable source of information on international matters, practices and protocol. Her extensive knowledge of the Greenwich and surrounding real estate markets, information technology expertise and her ability to speak French, Spanish and English makes her highly sought-after and recommended by those she has represented.
Roxana is regularly featured in media publications as a business leader and approached for her professional expertise. Contributing to higher standards and the pursuit of improving the quality of service to all, Roxana serves on the International, Scholarship and Professional Grievance Committees of the Greenwich Board of Realtors. In 2005, she received the Connecticut Association of Realtors Good Neighbor Award. She is the founder of Volunteers on Call, Inc., a 501(c) (3) humanitarian NGO whose mission is to raise public awareness about the value of volunteering and to provide opportunities for service.
In addition to her real estate career, Roxana is the author of Agapanthus Rising, a book about self-realization.
A graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, she has a master’s degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, the #1 ranked international MBA program. Her post-graduate studies include architecture courses at the University of South Florida, Flight Training School and biblical studies. Roxana has been to India and Nepal and plans to return to further her studies of ancient texts, meditation and yoga. She was born in Lima, Peru, grew up in Beverly Hills, California and has been a resident of Greenwich, Connecticut since 1997.
