Collaborator on the book, The Value-Driven Approach to Sell Real Estate, and Co-Host of the Body Chat Podcast, Ron Nedd is a licensed Realtor with over a 15 years of experience serving buyers and sellers. He specializes in the sale and purchase of residential properties for regular buyers and sellers as well as investors in the northern half of Los Angeles County from Beverly Hills on the west to Pasadena on the east. Ron also works with buyers, sellers and investors in the Tampa Bay and Clearwater Beach areas of Florida with a team of professionals in place to do all on-the-ground work when he is in L.A.. Ron is recognized as Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM) and is part of their Million Dollar Guild based on his sale of luxury properties. He is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert and has a lot of experience helping homeowners avoid foreclosure. When not working with clients, prospecting, or building his business he spends his time playing classical music on his piano and spending time with friends and family. He began playing piano at the age of 10 and entered his first competition at the age of 11. He most enjoys playing classical music, such as Mozart and Beethoven with Chopin.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION AND PRIOR CAREERS
Ron grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. He was born an entrepreneur and leader. He started as President of his Kindergarten class, then he served as Vice President of his Junior High Student Council and President of the Drama Club in High School. He was the Vice President of the Burnsville Jaycees, and ultimately became President of his Chiropractic class. He attended Chiropractic College in St. Louis, Missouri. Ron has lived & worked in Cincinnati, Ohio, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Los Angeles, California. He always took on positions of responsibility where he could learn new skills and help others. Ron founded and operated a Chiropractic clinic in Minnesota from 1982 to 1989; was a management consultant from 1989 through 1995 for doctors across the U.S. & Canada; and, was a Systems Manager in charge of all computer, software, phone and administrative systems in a large company in Los Angeles from 1996 through 2003.
